For product assistance you have our Customer Service available. We ask you to follow the following reporting procedures:


• Contact us by writing to [email protected].

• Send us a photo or video of the object and any non-compliant detail.

• Indicate the order number, the name of the product and describe the malfunction in detail.

• You will be contacted within 72 hours and told how to proceed.

• Once the goods have been received, the quality control will be carried out and we will send you a new product or a product of your choice with the maximum value of the one returned. Alternatively you can choose a coupon or refund.
